Part 2 of Jeff & Alice who married at this Montecito private estate, right next-door to the historic San Ysidro Ranch. Sounds from the grand piano filled the air as a meal being prepared permeates the house the hour before a dinner is served. This set the tone for a relaxing and intimate celebration. With just 14 of the most special people in their lives, it was an honor for those select few to be in attendance. It is challenging for Rachel and I to capture such a small group, and still be unseen throughout the day, blending into a small group just 14 others, there is just as much to capture as a big wedding, since there is still many conversations, laughs, tears and joys happening in the moments that suddenly continue to occur throughout the day. We love small gatherings of families & friends for weddings. Here is part two.

Jeff & Alice recently tied the knot with their close family attending from out of state. The sweet couple chose a fitting location with spectacular views overlooking the Santa Barbara riviera coastline from the top of the Montecito Ridge, right next-door to the historic San Ysidro Ranch. They had an immaculately prepared feast following their ceremony. The entire weekend was gray and stormy until right before their wedding when things cleared up and the sun came out. Jeff and Megan are the sweetest, most in love couple you’ll meet. They met in college when Jeff was attending Stanford University & Megan was attending Santa Clara University. Four years later he whisked her to Barcelona and proposed on their anniversary. Growing up in Sonoma, Megan always knew that she wanted to have her wedding reception at a winery, and as soon as they started discussing wedding venues, she knew it had to be Chateau St. Jean. As the planning began, they knew they wanted great music and a fun party for their family and friends, with beautiful floral decor by Sharla Flock Floral Designs.
