Congrats to Wendy Ramos (she won the last giveaway for a seat in the workshop! – Thanks Wendy)
Similar to the recent {Styleshop) Wedding photography workshop at the incredible Villa La Selva in Tuscany that sold out, I’m hosting 2 more Styleshop Wedding Photography workshops in:
New York City on June 9-10th (view & signup)
San Luis Obispo on June 29-30th(view & signup)
In New York, we are planning on having a guest speaker come from one of the online wedding blogs and talk about getting your work submitted to magazines & editorial content. In San Luis Obispo we’ll be hosting a styled shoot at the vineyard estate we will be at (plus a how-to set up a styled shoot as well)
The 1st part is about specializing, defining your style and you’ll also get to shoot the second half the day until the amazing sunset.
The second day is all about branding, positioning and marketing yourself. All about the business behind specializing and how to be unique. I’ll share what I’ve done with my specialization of “Estates & Vineyards”, how its changed my business. Then we’ll go over simple examples of what you need to outline your own. Stop being a generalist & stop guessing. Gain clarity & purpose.
These have a limited amount of seats to enable everyone to get a chance to shoot, and interact with questions and dialogue with the group.
I’m going to be giving away one seat in the workshop for the 1st day. To be entered retweet any workshop twitter post using @mikelarsoninc and share or like this on facebook! Last date to enter will be June 5th, I will announce the winner at noon on May 11th, Pacific Standard time! The last winner was Wendy Ramos
